Gratitude Meditation | Guided Practice for Increasing Positive Energy

There are 3 Types of Gratitude:

  1. Gratitude Because of current circumstances, situations, successes 

  2. Gratitude Despite current circumstances, people, things

  3. And Gratitude Before we receive our goals, desires, things

In today’s meditation we will focus on these 3 forms of Gratitude, increasing our awareness and experience of this Gratitude Energy. 

Before we begin, make sure you are comfortable sitting or lying down in a safe, quiet space.

You may choose to diffuse essential oils such as Ginger, Bergamot, or Gratitude Blend so that you breathe in these gratitude-enhancing oils throughout our meditation.

You might also hold a heart chakra crystal such as Rose Quartz, placing it in your non-dominant hand to increase the flow of energy from the crystal into your body. 

Now that you are all settled and ready, you may gently close your eyes, relaxing your face, your neck, arms, hands, softening the stomach muscles, releasing tension from your back and hips, and relaxing the muscles in your legs and feet. 

Enjoy! This Gratitude Energy will help you align with your inner joy and attract the desires of your heart.

At the end of your meditation, you’ll probably want to carry this energy throughout your day (of course you will!). An Affirmation is a great way to do this.

One of my favorite Gratitude Affirmations is this:

I live within the flow of Peace and Abundance.

I AM Blessed.
