Roller Bottle Basics
STEP 1. Select safe crystals and add to roller bottle. Remember, the more crystals you add, the less oil you’ll be able to add. This will effect how long your roller bottle blend lasts.
STEP 2. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oils to match the crystal properties. 20-30 drops is a good place to start when making blends for adults.
STEP 3. Add your preferred carrier oil. There are lots of options, based on your skin type and desired benefits. Learn more in our blog post.
STEP 4. Gently swirl to mix the blend. Apply to chakra points, pulse points, or wherever you need the most healing support.
