Is this a physical book or a download? This is a downloadable e-book. You can also print it out and have it bound for you at Staples, if you prefer a physical copy.
Is this the most in depth education you have on Crystals + Oils? No. This e-book is a great starting point for learning about combining crystals and oils and trying your hand at some fun, healing DIYs. For a deep dive into healing with crystals + oils and combing with other healing tools and techniques, you’ll want our Crystals + Oils Blueprint Course.
Do I have to use a specific brand of essential oils to benefit from this e-book? No, you definitely don’t need to go out and buy from a specific brand in order to utilize the education and recipes in the e-book. Some of the recipes do contain blends (I use Young Living essential oils). However, any recipe that uses a blend in the ingredients will have an entry in the reference section of the book, listing the single essential oils contained in that blend. This way you can easily use a similar blend from your own collection or recreate a similar effect with the single oils you already own.
