Magnesium Salt Soak for some Mercury Retrograde Self Care

Who needs a little extra self care this week? This girl certainly does!

When we were in Las Vegas I got to try a new Herbesque Bath Soak, and it was such a heavenly experience that I can't recommend it enough!

I used a handful of the Magnesium Salt Soak and added a couple drops of Release Oil. Then I just lay back, closed my eyes, and breathed in relaxation and breathed out stress.

Magnesium Salts help relax and nourish your muscles. It also has research supporting anti inflammatory benefits and its ability to relieve headaches. I used to apply magnesium oil at night to help me relax and fall asleep.

WOAH! That’s a LOT of benefits! I also added a couple drops of Release Blend to really help the stress melt away. All of these benefits, and you're getting the treat of soaking and relaxing in water too!
