Are all of your crystals ethically sourced?
Almost all! We’ve spent years sourcing from verified ethical suppliers, and we clearly label each product listing so you can shop with confidence. Learn more here.

What does 'Reiki-infused' mean?
Each piece is energetically charged using Reiki — a Japanese healing technique that supports balance and well-being. It enhances the crystal’s natural properties and your personal intention.

How do I care for my crystal jewelry?

  • Avoid water, sleeping, or heavy activity while wearing it.

  • Use a soft cloth to clean and polish.

  • Store in a dry, soft-lined box or pouch.

  • Avoid crushing or scratching delicate stones.

How often should I cleanse my crystals?
Use your intuition! Most crystals benefit from occasional cleansing, especially after heavy use. Smudging with white sage is a safe, effective method for all stones. Learn more in this video.

Yes. All stones used in our jewelry are genuine, natural crystals — never dyed or synthetic.

Can men wear your jewelry?
Yes! Our designs are gender-inclusive and can be worn by anyone drawn to crystal energy.

Diffuser Jewelry & Essential Oils

How do I use diffuser jewelry?
Apply 1–2 drops of essential oil to the lava or wood beads. Let it soak in, and enjoy aromatherapy benefits for hours. Be sure to patch test oils on your skin before use. Learn more on our blog.

What oils do you recommend?

What are crystal roller bottles, and how do I use them?
Crystal roller bottles are small glass containers infused with natural crystal chips. You can add your own essential oils or choose a roller pre-filled with essential oil blends. You simply roll the oil onto pulse points like your wrists, neck, or temples. Each blend is created with a specific intention in mind — such as peace, love, focus, or grounding — and the crystal chips inside amplify the vibrational energy of the blend.

They’re a beautiful, intuitive way to carry crystal energy and aromatherapy together in one portable tool.

What’s the difference between diffuser jewelry and roller bottles?
Both offer the benefits of aromatherapy, but they serve slightly different purposes:

  • Diffuser jewelry slowly releases essential oil scent throughout the day.

  • Crystal roller bottles are great for intentional application at specific moments — during meditation, before sleep, or anytime you need energetic support.

Many of our customers love using both together for layered energetic support!

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Do you offer custom jewelry?
Yes! If you'd like a personalized piece or variation of a design, fill out our custom order form. Custom orders may require additional time or cost, depending on materials and design.

What metal wire do you use in your jewelry?
We use high-quality metals including:

  • .925 Sterling Silver

  • 12/20 Gold-Filled

  • Brass & Copper

  • Gold-Plated Chains (for affordability and shine)
    Each is selected for durability and energetic resonance.

Can I request a different clasp (like magnetic)?
Yes! Magnetic clasps are available in gold-tone and silver-tone upon request. Just leave a note at checkout. If we’re out of stock, it may delay shipping by 1–2 days.

Is gift wrapping included?
Yes! All jewelry arrives in a gift box, tied with ribbon. Crystals can be wrapped for you in a velvet pouch (leave note at checkout). If it’s a gift, we handwrite your note on beautiful stationery.

What are your shipping options?

  • U.S. Orders:
    Free shipping over $50. First Class: $3.50. Priority: $9.

  • International Orders:
    Free shipping over $150. Canada: $15. Other eligible countries: $20.

Can I track my package?
Yes! You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, if you contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days. Custom orders are final unless damaged in shipping. Buyer covers return shipping and insurance.

What if my jewelry breaks or arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days with a photo. We’ll do our best to repair or replace your item.

Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out if you're interested in carrying Lula May Design jewelry in your shop or placing a large quantity order.
