Morning Tea Ritual | Simple Way to Stay Healthy While You Travel

Just a simple, short video to share one of my favorite morning rituals that I get to enjoy even while we travel and live out of our car. And now that we’ve got some more time on our hands (sometimes, anyway) I really get to sit and enjoy my tea before jumping into the day!

Morning Tea:

Fresh Ginger, Burdock Root, and Peppermint for Digestive Support

Turmeric for Anti-inflammation

Lavender for Adrenal Support

Earl Grey for Caffeine

Raw, Local Honey for Allergy and Immune Support


  • Add fresh, chopped ginger to filtered water

  • Bring to a boil

  • Remove from stove and add desired amount of tea leaves

  • Steep for 5 minutes

  • Strain into your favorite mug

  • Stir in honey and enjoy!
