Here are 3 Essential Oil blends to to help you release frustration, stay focused, and support a positive mindset throughout MR. Diffuse, Apply Topically with your favorite carrier oil, or place a couple drops on Diffuser Jewelry to give you support anytime, anywhere!
When creating essential oil blends, remember to let your oils combine fully before diffusing. Put all drops together into one bottle for 8 hours or overnight. This allows the molecules to merge so you get the same great combination (percentage) of oils every time you breathe in your blend.
