So without further ado, here are my 3 Top Tips for Life Balance:

1. Define YOUR success. 
One thing that throws us off balance really quickly is trying to reach goals that are really someone else's idea of success and happiness. Know what you want from YOUR life. Determine what is best for you and your loved ones. And then stay focused on that path. That will mean less distraction, less overwork, and less wasted time!

2. Create a Morning Routine.
Your momentum begins anew each morning. From the moment you wake up to the moment you jump into your To Do list, you have a HUGE opportunity for affecting how the day will pan out. Find a routine that works for you, to make your day more streamlined, organized, and focused on the positive. A more positive, productive workday means more time for relaxing in the evening. Keeping this balance will continually increase your energy, and before you know it you've accomplishing much more each day than you ever thought possible. 

3. Take time to Rest. 
Speaking of relaxing, taking some time to rest and rejuvenate is just as important as working hard and being productive. Our bodies need rest in order to repair, calibrate, and reenergize. For you, this might mean getting an extra hour of sleep or turning off your tech in the evening and reading a book instead. It might mean a weekly spa day or a daily 5 minute self-care routine.

The fun thing about Life Balance is that you get to create something that works for you and your unique life. Have fun with these 3 tips. Get creative. And I'd love to hear what you come up with!
